Position Title: Sales Executive, Physician Sales

Life Infusions Overview:

Life Infusions, headquartered out of Bronx, NY, is a fast-paced, specialty pharmacy company that focuses on complex injectable medications requiring specialized support.

We provide 24/7 support to patients requiring specialty biologic drugs, including compounding. We specialize in active communication, direct 1:1 support and expert reimbursement coordination to deliver uncommon satisfaction and results to patients and physicians that can only come from an experienced clinical pharmacy partner that is knowledgeable in the unique needs of injectable medications and related biologics.

Main Functions:

This sales position will be responsible for selling the Life Infusion pharmacy service program directly to physician offices.  Our services include a broad range of high-quality pharmacy service options to prescribing physicians and their patient's to assist access, dispensing, and administration of complex specialty biologics.  The position will be responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota, including selling our solution to new accounts.


  • Acquire prescription referrals for Life Infusions Pharmacy by selling the value of Life Infusions pharmacy programs and services to physician's, office administration, nurses and all key decision makers at the practice.
  • Follow the sales process to ensure appropriate new account targeting and sales projections.

  • Work with key strategic partner relationships including pharmaceutical manufacturers, channel partners, large medical groups, and internal departments.

  • Sell Life Infusions Pharmacy services to targeted physicians practices that are owned or managed by large medical groups. 

  • Drive the sales process by coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle.

  • Consistently over-achieve quota on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Work collaboratively with Life Infusion Pharmacy operations personnel regarding prescriptions received and serviced, including regular updates, communication, and aligning objectives.
  • Have the ability to understand a complex business and regulatory environment including pharmaceutical regulations, healthcare reform, insurance reimbursement, and on-going changes to healthcare impacting physician prescribers.
  • Work collectively with company personnel to develop sales tools to support messaging.
  • Develop regular communication with the active physician prescribers to ensure customer and service satisfaction.  

Additional Skillsets:

  • Knowledge of the specialty and infusion pharmacy markets is necessary.

  • Ability to multi-task, managing multiple projects at one time.

  • Have exceptional customer follow up and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in working with physician office staff and drive change within accounts.

  • Build outstanding relationships through follow up and constant communication both with customers, and within the Life Infusion organization.

Employment Requirements:

  • Total of 3+ years of specialty or infusion pharmacy sales

  • Sales experience in physician office environment

  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

  • BA/BS degree
